The deal

Thai4.me is an 18+ dating service for people who want to meet in Thailand. By creating an account you enter a contract with Thai4.me and you agree to these Terms, the Privacy notice, Cookie policy and Community Guidelines.

The current build is a local demo. Paid features (Gold, Treats wallet) are simulated. Real payments would add extra terms at checkout.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18. We use an age gate, self-declaration, and optional Thai ID OCR. If we believe you are under 18 we will refuse or close the account. Lying about your age is a serious breach.

You must be legally able to date and must not be impersonating someone else.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

We may suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where the Online Safety Act requires us to act.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is irreversible after the short backup window.

The service — and meeting in real life

We provide software to help adults meet. We do not run dates, vet every member beyond the tools we publish, or guarantee anyone’s identity, intentions or honesty.

Meet in public. Tell a friend. Never send money or crypto. Report romance-scam patterns.

Treats / Lazada wishlists are introductions to products. We are not Lazada. We cannot pull a private Lazada saved-list. Checkout on a third-party site is between you and that site.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give us a licence to host and show them to other members so the service works.

Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, non-consensual intimate images, threats, or scams. We will remove them and may report to the IWF, NCA, or Thai authorities.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us limit.

Otherwise the service is provided as-is. We are not liable for other members’ conduct offline.

UK consumers keep their statutory rights. If you contract as a consumer in the UK or EEA, local mandatory law applies.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory protections you have in Thailand or your home country.
