Conclusion

Thai4.me is an adult dating service. It is not directed at children. The Children’s Access Assessment under the UK Online Safety Act is that the service is not likely to be accessed by children when the controls below are on.

Controls: (1) hard 18+ age gate with date of birth before the homepage, (2) 18+ self-declaration and Terms at signup, (3) minimum age 18 in every form, (4) optional Thai national-ID OCR age assurance, (5) report path for suspected under-18 members, (6) no child-directed design, games, or marketing.

Self-declaration alone is not ‘highly effective’ age assurance. That is why the DOB gate is mandatory and ID OCR is offered. In production we would add a certified age-assurance vendor for UK users.

If a child is found on the service we will close the account, delete the profile from discovery, and follow the CSAM / under-18 playbook.
