Online Safety Act duties
Thai4.me is a user-to-user service. We have illegal-content duties and, because we are 18+, a duty to keep children off the service.
Report illegal or harmful content in the app (Safety → Report) or email safety@thai4.me.
Emergency: if someone is in immediate danger call local emergency services. In the UK: 999. In Thailand: 191.
Child sexual abuse: IWF.org.uk and CEOP. Suicide: Samaritans 116 123 (UK).
Ofcom supervises these duties: ofcom.org.uk/online-safety.
Dating safely
Meet in public. Tell a friend where you are. Video-call first if you can.
Never send money, crypto, gift-card codes or bank details. Thai4.me staff will never ask for your password in chat.
Verify age with a Thai ID if you want the badge. The scan is sealed on your device.
